Cancellations

I do understand that life happens and cancellations are sometimes out of our control. Please don't hesitate to give me a text or email explaining your situation if you need to cancel.

No cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of your appointment.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in your deposit being held and also charged 50% of your booking. The deposit and 50% charge are not refundable or transferable to another date.

If you wish to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, please send me a text or an email to arrange a new time. Please note that rescheduling does not incur any additional fees, however, your deposit will be held and you will be required to pay a new deposit for your rescheduled time.

No shows will not be tolerated and you will be charged a fee of 100% of your services and will not be allowed to book in again.

Rescheduling and cancellations prior to 24 hours before your appointment are allowed and you deposit will be refunded or transferred across to your rescheduled appointment.

Cancellations due to COVID-19 will not incur any additional fees if you can provide evidence of a positive covid test result.
